Four minutes from the beach and friendly pets are welcome. Well maintained four bedroom pool home with bar room and pool table in a safe neighborhood. High speed internet, washer/dryer and there is a mini fridge in the bedroom.
About the roomies:
I am the homeowner and will be gone for months at a time traveling, home a few weeks, and than out traveling again. You will share the home with two 30+ year old males who work full time outside of the home and a friendly lab mix dog and a cat who live in the home full time.
Recently upgraded all appliances to stainless steel with gas stove.
